What’s included:
2 - 30 individuals
1.5 - 3 hours in length, covering no more than 1-2km
Introduction & Orientation
The session begins with a brief introduction to Forest Therapy and the benefits of nature immersion. Participants are introduced to the concept of “Shinrin Yoku” (forest bathing) and are encouraged to leave behind distractions of everyday life.
Guided Walk
The walk will begin with a series of invitations (suggested practices or prompts) to help participants slow down, engage with nature, and enhance their intentional awareness. These invitations can involve mindful observation, sensory exploration, play, and gentle activities that encourage connection with themselves, others, and the environment.

Share Circle & Closing Ceremony
Throughout the walk, after each invitation, the group gathers to share their experiences and insights. This helps build a sense of connection and community among participants and fosters reflection on how the experience can be applied in their typical lives. The Closing Ceremony includes some light snacks and a tea harvested and made by Kat.
